Simple smashed avocado and bacon on toast

 2 pieces of bread
 1 medium avocado
 2 slices of bacon
 Handful of spinach
 A few sprays of frylight
 Chilli flakes (optional for on top)

Pre-heat your grill to a medium high heat, whilst this is heating up spray some frylight over your grill pan and then place your bacon on it.

Place the bacon into the grill and cook for 7 minutes. Then turn the bacon over and place back in for around 7 minutes (or until it's cooked to perfection for you).

Whilst the bacon is cooking peel and de-stone the avocado. Then slice it up. You will have to judge when you think your bacon may finish, but around 4 minutes before it's fully cooked place your bread in the toaster. Once it has been toasted then spread the slices of avocado across both pieces evenly. Then get a fork and using the back of it you are almost just squashing the avocado. You should now be left with a nice thick layer of 'smashed' avocado on your toast, top it off with some spinach and your cooked bacon.

I personally then like to add some chilli flakes on top. Enjoy!
