Weigh the frozen fruit into a dish and place in the microwave on the defrost setting for around 5 mins. If at the end of this the fruit hasn’t fully defrosted I tend to leave it in there and turn it onto the regular heat setting for around 30-60 seconds.
(Obviously miss this step out if you are using fresh fruit).
Whilst your berries are defrosting weigh out the yoghurt, milk and honey into your blender.
Once the berries are fully defrosted add them into the blender and blend until you it’s a smooth mix. This should probably only take around 10-20 seconds depending on the blender.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
