Creamy Scrambled Egg

 10 g coconut oil
 2 medium eggs
 40 g double cream
 Pinch of black pepper

Melt the coconut oil in a non stick pan on low heat.

Then take the pan off the heat and crack the eggs into the pan, add the cream and a pinch of black pepper.

Place the pan back onto a low heat and constantly stir your mixture until it all comes together nicely. Once the eggs all start to come together it’s not long until they’re fully cooked, so just make sure you don’t let them overcook!
