Caprese Salad with Balsamic Vinegar

 1 Salad Tomato
 150 g Mozzarella (1 Ball)
 Fresh Basil
 A few dashes of Balsamic Vinegar
 Salt
 Pepper

Chop the tomato into slices.

Drain the mozzarella and then also chop into slices.

Alternate mozzarella and tomato slices onto your plate.

Garnish with some fresh basil and then drizzle some balsamic vinegar over it. Finally, season with a little bit of salt and pepper.
